media services for windows 2008 enterprise

salve a tutti, sto cercando di installare windows media services su windows
2008 enterprise senza successo.
seguendo le instruzioni mi dice di scaricare questo file:

Windows6.0-KB934518-x64-Server.msu

es eseguirlo. in teoria dovrebbe aggiungere il ruolo streaming media server,
ma quando lo lancio mi ritorna il seguente errore:

"the update is not applicable to this computer"

e di conseguenza il seguente errore:

l'installazione di windows e fresh e non e nemmeno attivata al momento...
